The Fried Egg in Wabash

My husband and I love to meet my parents here for our halfway point between where we live. The buffet is always piping hot and stocked full of all our favorites!!! You can get lunch food, dinner food, or breakfast food from their buffet line. I like to dabble in a little of all three options, and we always leave smiling. What a helpful, friendly, and hard working staff. Love this place!

This was the best breakfast I've had in a long time, conveniently located and have great service and wait staff is very friendly and have a great time working together

6-1-2020...Post virus visit. Got in and served quickly. Some SOCIAL distancing in effect. Kinda hard to hear staff through face mask. My server,Macy, was excellent and had a sense of humor I greatly appreciated. Meal priced good and coffee never got below half gone. I will go back

The food was great and the wait person did a great job as well! We got waited on in a timely manner and didn't wait long to get our food. We will definitely go back.

This has become our favorite place to eat brunch ! Not only is the food outstanding in quality and quantity, but the prices are affordable. The freshly baked biscuits are at least twice the size of regular biscuits and the skillets are mouth watering. I ordered ‘Alfredo’s mess’ this afternoon. Our service has also been great every time!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!

It's a great place to eat for breakfast! I live out of town so I always grab breakfast when I come to Wabash! I would recommend it. They are also careful with gluten and dairy allergies.

Fantastic place for breakfast. The cinnamon roll pancakes were divine. Mikala, our server, was attentive and took care of everything we needed. Will be returning soon!

Check your bill they will force gratuity unexpectedly. Didn't really pay much attention to the bill until we got home. We regularly eat here (twice a month), great place. This is the first time I had them force gratuity.So the server got $36($14 forced) tip on a $70.33 bill. Service and food quality are still amazing.

Delicious food and great service!!!! The portions are large. I’ve always ordered off the menu but noticed there is a breakfast buffet. Can’t wait to try it next time.

Great food and huge buffet available (call for days and times.) The variety of foods was amazing. Everything was good quality and the buffet was kept neat and clean. Waitstaff did a wonderful job of checking on us and making sure our coffee was full. First experience, but we have put this on our places we will visit again!

Best breakfast place in the area. Great selection and great prices. The fact that they have real half and half for my coffee is enough to bring me bacj. So tired of restaurants stocking coffeemate. Waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. My wife and I go here weekly.

The food was really good. Way to much to eat in one sitting though. Brought it home and ate it over 2 more sittings. The coffee is good but make sure you ask for creamer cause if you don’t your server doesn’t give it to you. The place is clean and very nice as well. Lots of items on the menu to choose from.

This was our first time visit. Our waitress was Mariya. She was friendly, fast and professional. I would choose her section to sit in again in the future. Our food arrived quickly. It was hot, tasty and plentiful. I requested a carry out box for the extra food to take home. I definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

A wonderful breakfast place. Enjoyed an omelet with hash browns and cheese. The coffee was fresh and hot. A good value for the money. Check them out sometime soon.

I ordered a 1/4 order of biscuits and gravy and got a full plate ! There is a pic I posted. Great food and Great people !

Good food at a good price

Large fluffy omelette, lot's of biscuit and gravy fo 1/2 order. The diced potatoes needed cooked a little longer, overall very enjoyable meal.......

Food was great but the waitress didn't come to check on us till we were done eating !!

We enjoyed all the delicious food on the HUGE buffet! Lots of entrees. And a good salad bar. They also had fancy desserts! The workers were all very nice. The only downfall was the lack of privacy in the new ladies restroom.

The Fried Egg is setting the bar for breakfast in all of Wabash County and maybe even more. This restaurant always gives you more than expected in food quality/quantity and service. The prices are great for all that you get. The food is always cooked just right and it’s always hot and fresh. We have eaten here several times, and I prefer it to any other place making breakfast. Tip the wait staff well, they do a great job, too!

This restaurant is a very nice place. We had great service and great food. The cinnamon roll pancakes were a party in your mouth!The restroom was clean. It's a good place for dining alone or with any size group. They are only open until 3 pm. They serve breakfast and lunch all hours. We will definitely be going back.

Service was great. Food was delicious. I ordered the breakfast special. 2 eggs, bacon, toast,and coffee. All for under 8 bucks. Don't forget to leave a tip. The staff deserves it.

The fried egg is a local breakfast place. Fresh food, well cooked. Be prepared to wait on Saturday morning, for a seat.

My family stopped in for breakfast today, due to the virus they were only doing call-in orders at the time. So I ordered from my car in the parking lot.We got 2 Omelets that came with hash browns and a choice of bread, my daughter got a Pancake platter the pancakes are 12 inches round, it took around 10 minutes to get the food which was great!. The staff is so friendly and apologized to us because the dining room was closed.The food portions are very large and the food is well worth the price! Overall the service and food quality is the best I have ever experienced in a restaurant in Wabash.I would HIGHLY recommend "The Fried Egg" to visitors and residents in and around Wabash county, if your out of town its worth the drive!

What a wonderful spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and those biscuits....wow! The portions are huge and the staff are all ridiculously friendly. Cannot recommend The Fried Egg enough.
